Experience
The Story
You and your hiking group are lost in the woods. Luckily, you stumble upon a remote cabin, but a storm is approaching. Your group must gather provisions and find a way to return to civilization before you’re trapped by the storm!
The Room
This room is immersive from the moment you walk in. Panoramic forest wall paper gives the feeling of a cabin in the woods. Lined with dirt & rocks, you can believe you’re outside. First, you must access the cabin you’ve just found. Inside, the interior is well decorated and everything feels in like a cozy mountain cabin. Everything felt well made and worked perfectly.
The Puzzles
The puzzles, and there are a LOT of them, are well crafted and mostly on the more difficult side. The room is non-linear and we had 4 puzzles being worked on in different groups at any one time. They suggest 4-6 for this room, and I definitely would bring as many friends as you can. There is no shortage of things to be done in an hour. We did it with 7 and got a pretty good escape time.
5280 Ways Out Thoughts
This room is fantastic and will be hard to beat for a top 5 favorite room. We cannot stop thinking about all the puzzles and how fun they were to solve. All sorts of skill sets are needed and there’s so much to do no one will ever be bored in this room. Do yourself a favor and escape this cabin!
